The Obuv Rossii group of companies will build two factories in the single-industry village of Linevo (Novosibirsk Region), TASS reports citing a message from the region’s Minister of Economic Development Olga Molchanova.

Earlier it was reported that it is planned to create a Russian-Italian shoe cluster in Linevo with investments of about 80 million euros, which will combine 15 production of leather raw materials and shoes in the Novosibirsk region and several other Russian regions.

“We planned to organize a center for training modern personnel in Linevo. It was assumed that Italy would give us technology and specialists. If this happens, it will help us reach a new level. But while the production part is being implemented - “Obuv Rossii” is going to build two factories in Linevo, ”said Molchanova.

Comments from the company Obuv Rossii have not yet been received. However, it is known that at present the company is aimed at expanding its product range and actively developing its own production.
