Event endedDirectorate of the International Exhibition of Shoes GDS, twice a year - in March and February in Dusseldorf, invites visitors to book meetings for September using matchmaking.
Directorate GDS together with the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade ICEX and the Footwear Manufacturers Association of Spain FICE 15 on June organized a meeting of manufacturers and retailers to expand German-Spanish trade ties. This is the first matchmaking experience for the management. The Spanish side was represented by 21 factory, including CALLAGHAN and mikaela, The German side was represented by 29 distributors.
GDS exhibition director Kirstin Deutelmozer says the goal of the meeting was to make it easier for factories to find commercial representatives.
In anticipation of the autumn exhibition, GDS representatives held a series of workshops for Spanish manufacturers, talking about the features of the German shoe market.
The international GDS shoe exhibition will be held in Dusseldorf on 7-9 on September 2011 of the year. Every season this exhibition attracts more than 800 shoe companies and about 24 500 thousand visitors.
