100 representatives of Russian retail visited New York's Retail's Big Show

The Retail's Big Show in New York, the world's largest exhibition of retail innovations, was attended by a delegation of 100 owners and top managers of the Russian retail market, which included representatives of the Detsky Mir, Henderson, Trussardi, Econika, " Tervolina ", Zarina, Befree and others. 

At the stands of SAP, NCR, SMS Storetraffic, GK Software, Intel, exhibition guests got acquainted with new self-service cash desks, smart scanners that not only recognize goods with a damaged bar code, but also allow you to evaluate the quality of the cashier’s work. The delegates saw how smart programs tell the seller what goods should be offered to a customer in a fitting room, how jewelry and glasses can be sold using smart mirrors, they learned how visitors can be counted and how to work with this information. 

During tours of New York stores, delegates saw various technological innovations in action - a large touch screen and interactive fitting rooms to help customers decide on the choice of color, size and model, unusual design findings - white ceilings trimmed in ceilings and its combination with a completely white shine walls and ceilings; marketing decisions - an offer in a luxury shoe store to make a block on which you can order the following pairs of shoes without trying on. 

In addition to visiting the exposition and excursions, retailers learned from the American retail representatives, shared business cases and communicated with each other.
