15 new shopping centers in 15 cities - 3Q results
Over the three quarters of 2013, 30 new high-quality shopping complexes were opened in 22 cities of Russia. In total, 787 thousand square meters out of more than 3 million square meters declared for commissioning at the beginning of the year were put into operation.
In the third quarter, 15 new shopping centers were opened in Russia with a total rentable area of 290 sq.m. The largest of them are located in St. Petersburg (Pearl Plaza, GLA 000 sq.m), Syktyvkar (June, GLA 48 sq.m) and Surgut (Agora, GLA 000 sq.m). According to Cushman & Wakefield analysts, by the end of the year Russia plans to open at least 20 new shopping centers, of which no more than 5 in Moscow.
