The campaign for the collection of clothes and footwear for recycling takes place on an ongoing basis in 29 Detsky Mir stores in Moscow and the Moscow Region. For 6 months of this year, almost 2 tons of waste from footwear and textile production were collected and transferred for processing to the Dmitrovsky RTI Plant, the largest waste recycling enterprise in Russia.
As part of the campaign, each customer of the Detsky Mir chain can bring clean unnecessary clothes and shoes for recycling, give the package to an employee at the information desk and receive a 15% discount coupon for a new item in the Clothes and / or Shoes category.
The most popular points for collecting recyclable materials are stores in Zelenograd in the Stolitsa shopping center, Khimki in the MEGA shopping center, and also in Shcherbinka in the Akvarel shopping center, the company said in a press release.
