Golden Goose, a brand that is well known for its vintage style sneakers with characteristic scuffs, has introduced a new unisex shoe called Space-Star.
The new model boasts a soft sheepleather lining, memory foam insoles and a cushioned outsole. The silhouette of the model resembles the hull of a space shuttle. The upper is made of premium quality materials - suede, nylon, leopard-print pony leather, sequins.
The brand offered two variants of the Space-Star model, the first in the form of boots, the second variant resembles mules or boots with a cropped heel. In retail, shoes are presented at a price of 595 and 540 euros, respectively. Golden Goose Space-Star is already on sale in the brand's flagship stores and in select partner retailers.
It is noted that since the private equity fund Permira acquired control of Golden Goose from Carlyle for 1,28 billion euros, the brand has continued to actively develop. This year, to celebrate its 20th anniversary, the company opened a new headquarters in Milan, an office close to Fondazione Prada, and a new flagship in the city's central shopping district on the site of the former Alexander McQueen flagship boutique.
