Adidas headed for the UK

Adidas said that in the near future sports nonsense will focus on the development of its own retail stores throughout the UK.

Starting with the launch of the store in Leeds, the German concern Adidas will begin expansion into other cities, as well as increase its share in the premium market. Currently, the brand is represented by six stores in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool.

The 608-square-meter store in the new Trinity Leeds mall (Leeds) will be the largest retail outlet in the region. The store will present both sports nonsense in general, as well as a fashion line and an exclusive for Adidas Stella McCartney venue outside of London.

In addition, 46% of the Adidas Originals line will be exclusive to the Leeds store. The store will also feature a dedicated venue focused on “urban love” for football, rugby and bicycles in anticipation of the 2014 Tour de France in Yorkshire.
