Adidas owes rent 327,9 thousand dollars

The Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision to recover $ 1000 of debt for the rental of the premises in a lawsuit by Adidas 327,9.

Thus, the court dismissed the appeal of the Adidas company against the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court of October 24, 2014.

The lawsuit states that Bellgate Construction Limited had previously entered into an agreement with Adidas for the defendant to use premises in a 234,1 square meter multifunctional shopping and entertainment center. The defendant set up an Adidas Originals retail store in the premises, the court said.

However, the company did not fulfill its obligations to pay the rent, which served as the reason for going to court. The decision stated that Adidas did not provide evidence of payments arising from an agreement with the plaintiff during the disputed period.
