Research of the international consulting company Colliers International on the commercial real estate market in Russia in 2014 showed that the Afimall City shopping and entertainment center has once again become the key shopping and entertainment center in terms of the number of new international brands opened
The study notes that about 2014 new international brands entered the Russian market for the first time in 40. 17% of new store openings of foreign retailers in the capital took place in the Afimall City shopping and entertainment center. This is the highest indicator according to which Afimall City, located in the central core of the Moscow business district, Moscow City, is significantly ahead of its closest competitors.
Earlier, the experts of the consulting company JLL called the AFIMALL City shopping and entertainment center the leader in the number of debuts of foreign retailers in Russia for the period from 2011 to the 3rd quarter of 2014. JLL experts noted that foreign retailers are interested in shopping centers with an understandable target audience and predictable traffic, where it is easier for them to predict their operational activities.
SEC Afimall City is the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the center of Moscow. The complex includes 6 ground floors as well as 3 levels of underground parking. Shopping galleries accommodate over 400 stores, the food court area - about 50 restaurants and cafes. Consumer traffic today is more than 72 thousand people a day.
