Afimall City increased revenue in 1 quarter of 2017 - up to $ 14,3 million

As follows from the report on the results of activities in the first quarter of 2017 of the AFI Development group of companies, which includes the large capital SEC Afimall City, the revenue of the shopping center grew by 22% compared to the same period of 2016 year (16,0 million dollars in 1 quarter 2016 of the year) and amounted to $ 19,5 million.

Also, in the first quarter of this year, the net operating income of Afimall City Mall increased to $ 14,3 million (compared to $ 13,6 million for the first quarter of 2016), mainly due to the strengthening of the national currency.

“The first quarter of 2017 was marked by an improvement in the economic situation in the country and the strengthening of the national currency, which affected the positive dynamics of the revenue of the Afimall City shopping center and the total profit of the AFI Development group of companies,” commented AFI Development CEO Mark Groisman.
