The main goal of such campaigns is to increase the level of sales of shoe care products in Alphabet stores through material incentives for retail staff based on the results of trade. Incentive promotions are held at the initiative of the supplier at least 10 times a year for such brands of shoe care products as Salton, Tarrago, etc. The conditions of material rewards for promotions are always different: sometimes they are aimed at the personal effectiveness of each seller, sometimes the calculation is based on the total sales indicator store and is aimed at a collective result.
In the near future, a sales competition for the Salamander trademark will start in the shops of the Alphabet chain, the Russian dealer of which is also the Salrus company. So, from November 1 to December 31, for each unit of Salamander cosmetics sold, the collective of the outlet will receive an incentive of 10 rubles. The minimum threshold for the premium will be sales - at least 300 units during the promotion period, and the maximum premium threshold is not limited. The bonus is summed up and paid at the end of the action with gift certificates from well-known network structures.
The Alfavit company notes an increase in the number of sales of shoe care products for the periods when such promotions are held - on average, sales across the network double. Holding this kind of promotions also affects the quality of customer service - the seller willingly and with initiative offers shoe cosmetics, is ready to provide detailed advice on shoe care, which increases customer loyalty to the store, the company notes.
