Vivienne Westwood's husband, longtime collaborator and creative director Andreas Kronthaler unveiled the brand's fall/winter 2023 collection at Paris Fashion Week as a fitting tribute to his late wife.twearnews.com.
The show at Paris Fashion Week was the first since Vivienne Westwood's death in late December, and many of the designer's fans came to honor her memory, including Halsey, Jared Leto, Julia Fox and Jean-Paul Gaultier.
The presented collection retained the designer's punk spirit - cropped jackets, puffy skirts, quilted coats, socks and leggings - a mix of textures and patterns - went hand in hand with boots on a high platform in monochrome black and with a floral print, with boots and boots on a flat soles, embellished with neon bare feet, and plaid bag boots.
The collection also featured a series of sheepleather shoes created in collaboration with UGG.
