Aquazzura opens flagship boutique in London

On one of the most expensive fashion streets in London, a new flagship boutique of the Italian luxury shoe and bag brand Aquazzura has been launched. It is the brand's first international flagship to feature the brand's complete lifestyle product collection, including shoes, bags, jewelry, and homewares.

The London store of the brand is housed in a three-story building that attracts attention with its white facade, black and white awnings and columns. The interior of the store was designed by Dutch artist and designer Marie-Anne Udejans, in collaboration with the brand's founder and creative director Edgardo Osorio.

Each floor of the store is made in its own color scheme. In general, the main theme was the Mediterranean landscape, which is complemented by exotic animals and plants. The main colors in the design of the boutique are aquamarine, pink and yellow.

“It is a dream come true to open a small Italian-style oasis on New Bond Street,” commented Edgardo Osorio.

According to a report released by Cushman & Wakefield late last year, New Bond Street is the fourth most expensive street in the world and the second most expensive shopping street in Europe. Analysts describe New Bond Street as "by far the most expensive street to shop in the UK", with an average rent of $1361 per square foot, more than double that of Sloane Street at 607 dollars. Many properties on the street are owned by major luxury groups including Richemont, Kering, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Chanel.
