The conclusion of a tripartite agreement on targeted training between a student, an enterprise and an educational institution guarantees the graduate, after graduation from college, employment in Belvest or in its production units in Beshenkovichi and Gorodok. Throughout their studies, students undergo industrial practice in the workshops of the enterprise and receive an additional scholarship from the future employer.
