It also provides for communication with representatives of the Vitebsk State Vocational Technical College of Light Industry and Vitebsk State Technological University, who will talk about the specialties that can be obtained at these educational institutions and the new rules for admission to universities and colleges of Belarus, including the features of training specialists in targeted to contracts.
"Belvest" together with the Vitebsk State College of Light Industry began to conclude target contracts for training in working specialties in qualifications: shoe tightener, shoe collector, material cutter.
The conclusion of a tripartite agreement on targeted training between a student, an enterprise and an educational institution guarantees the graduate, after graduation from college, employment in Belvest or in its production units in Beshenkovichi and Gorodok. Throughout their studies, students undergo industrial practice in the workshops of the enterprise and receive an additional scholarship from the future employer.
