Birkenstock has released a collection of wedding sandals.
Birkenstock has teamed up with New York bridal salon Danielle Frankel to create a bridal shoe collection. The collection includes four classic Birkenstock styles and two custom-made models by Danielle Frankel.
In the collaborative collection, Birkenstock Madrid sandals feature thin laces. The Arizona sandal upper sparkles with white satin and pearls (a unisex version is also available in black). Tulum sandals are adorned with delicate pearl trim along the crisscrossing straps that merge into a slingback. Two models are exclusive to Danielle Frankel: the hand-painted Danielle Frankel Bespoke Boston and the Danielle Frankel Bespoke Arizona, hand-embroidered with chiffon flowers.
The collaboration photo shoot took place in Paris. In the photos, the wedding Birkenstocks are paired with chic Danielle Frankel wedding dresses.
The collection will be available on February 12th at Birkenstock 1774, Danielle Frankel and select retailers worldwide.
