From February, Boxberry delivery service customers will be able to save up to 27% when sending parcels and 2,5 times their decor.
Boxberry delivery service launches new Logister service for sellers and bulk senders. It can be used by customers who send more than three parcels a month, but do not have their own online store. They get a convenient tool for bulk shipments, where, among other things, they can create product cards using the service as a showcase for an online store, as well as automatically fill out invoices for parcels. To register in the service, it is enough to indicate a phone number.
“There are no analogues of such a platform as Logister on the Russian market yet. Until now, no one has paid much attention to such a category as online sellers, who have small sales volumes and who often use delivery. We set ourselves the task of making it as easy as possible for them to do everything related to sending parcels. "Logister" automates the routine and speeds up registration by 2,5 times. This was shown by testing with real senders. Moreover, customers began to send 40% more parcels. So you like the service. Now we are launching it for mass use,” comments Ksenia Kuzmina, Head of Letters and Parcels at Boxberry.
The personal account of the service was developed on the basis of the existing Boxberry personal account for individuals, but has extended functionality. It allows you to simultaneously create several parcels and automatically generate invoices based on previously entered data. The system also allows you to enter and remember the dimensions of the seller's own packaging, if the standard Boxberry packaging does not fit the size of the shipment.
In the personal account, the "Enable Store" function has been added, which allows you to create cards with the description and cost of goods. A link to the store can be posted on social networks or sent directly to the buyer, who will be able to see the entire list of products and select the one you need. The invoice is generated automatically based on the data entered by the buyer. The sender only needs to send the parcel for delivery.
Each user is accompanied by a personal manager. It helps to quickly resolve any issues - organize a courier pickup, order the amount of packaging needed by the sender in a particular office, agree on an expedited acceptance of the shipment, etc.
Logister has a loyalty program. The minimum discount is provided after four shipments and is 18%, the maximum savings reaches 27%.
Boxberry delivers parcels to individuals in 4265 branches in 645 cities of Russia, as well as in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. In 2022, the number of parcels from individuals increased by 10%. Boxberry is a delivery partner for the social networks VKontakte, Avito, Yula, Masters Fair and other classified sites.
