The British called Nike the most Olympic brand

BrandWatch conducted a study that found out which brands are primarily associated with the Olympic Games among UK consumers. According to Brand Republic, the best performance was in the American manufacturer of sportswear and footwear Nike.

The brand's position has proven to be dominant on the Internet in messages related to the Olympics. According to the company, Nike received 7,7% of the vote, while its main competitor, Adidas, received only 0,49%.

It is noteworthy that Nike is not a sponsor of the Olympic Games, while the Adidas group paid about $ 100 million for official sponsorship. Bank HSBC became the second most mentioned brand in the pre-Olympic environment in the UK. Coca-Cola and British Airways are also among the most "Olympic" brands.
