CAPRICE received a very high customer satisfaction score in Germany's Favorite 2023

CAPRICE is one of the most popular shoe brands in Germany. In the "Favorite Germany 2023" ranking, the Pirmasens shoe manufacturer was rated "very high overall satisfaction" and ranked second among the top 19 German brands in the "shoe brands" category, just behind the leader.

In a nationwide survey, consumers were asked to rate their personal overall satisfaction with various suppliers. At the same time, all aspects important to them, such as price, product and brand, were taken into account. Questions also related to the extent to which they would choose the respective supplier again. The survey was conducted by the Cologne rating agency ServiceValue in cooperation with the newspaper BILD between January and February 2023 and takes into account more than 420 customer ratings.

The German Favorites 2023 award continues the series of top rankings: CAPRICE received an "Excellent" rating in the consumer satisfaction survey conducted by the DeutschlandTest platform in conjunction with Focus 2021/22 magazine. The footwear manufacturer was also able to convince with a high recommendation rate in the "German Customer Favorites 2022" ranking compiled by Wirtschaftswoche.
