A change in the brand name of a shoe retailer on the verge of bankruptcy may be due to the fact that the Carlo Pazolini brand is pledged by one of the company's creditors, RNS reports citing its sources.
The new collection with the short name Pazolini has already arrived at the stores of the Carlo Pazolini branded chain. It is possible that in the future the name of the retail itself will change.
In August 2016, a monitoring procedure was introduced at Carlo Pazolini after one of the largest creditors of the shoe retailer Alfa Bank filed a bankruptcy lawsuit against the brand owner Anta Firm CJSC.
The Carlo Pazolini brand was created in 1991. The retailer’s website says that the Carlo Pazolini retail chain has more than 180 branded stores in Russia, Italy, China, Greece, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova.
