Centro will occupy 300 sq. m in the shopping and entertainment complex "Masquerade" in Stary Oskol

London Consulting & Management Company (LCMC) has attracted a large shoe retailer Centro as a tenant for the Masquerade shopping and entertainment complex in Stary Oskol.

The three-story complex with a total area of ​​15 square meters is located in the north-east of Stary Oskol, in the Zeleny Log microdistrict, near the main transport highways. Centro will occupy 000 sq.m on the second floor of the complex.

The anchor tenants of the "Masquerade" shopping and entertainment complex are the "Magnit" hypermarket and the "Chance" electronics and household appliances store. On the third floor of the complex there is a multiplex with 5 cinemas, an entertainment area and a food court.

Within the framework of this project, LCMC conducted market research and developed the concept of the complex. Now the shopping and entertainment complex “Masquerade” is an operating high-quality object of a classical format, aimed at buyers with an average income. LCMC acts as a broker for the project.

Stary Oskol is one of the dynamically developing cities in Russia. LCMC experts note the city's prospects in terms of investments in high-quality retail and entertainment real estate, which cannot but interest large federal developers.
