“Now Chestny Znak qualifies as a rejection the sale of goods with codes that were received from the CRPT, but the importer or manufacturer has not officially put them into circulation,” said Anton Gushchansky, Director for Control (Surveillance) Activities of the CRPT. “That is, the turnover of this product is carried out in violation of the mandatory requirements in terms of labeling.”
According to Gushchansky, the introduction of a new function of the system will allow recording the actions of unscrupulous market participants.
