The fourth department store of designer clothes "Telegraph", which offers a large number of Russian brands, will open at the end of September in Zelenograd, near Moscow, writes retail.ru. Products are sold on a commission basis. Project partners and designers can track the sales of their products by categories and names in the "personal account" of the Telegraph IT system.
