More than 3 million people have set up personal accounts on pochta.ru and more than 5 million have downloaded the Russian Post mobile application through the AppStore, Google Play and Windows Phone Store.

In 2015, Russian Post updated the site pochta.ru making it more service than informative. About 1 million people visit the portal daily. And in October of this year, the company announced the launch of its own market.pochta.ru trading platform, where tens of thousands of items are already represented in such categories as dishes, toys, and household goods. There is a shoe section at Pochtomarket, but so far this category of products has not been presented on the site. Meanwhile, as Inessa Galaktionova, Deputy Director General of the Russian Post for Postal Business, noted, over the past time, about 500 thousand buyers of the Pochtamarket trading platform have purchased over 700 thousand products, and the average purchase receipt has increased from 1,4 thousand rubles to 2 thousand.
