Concept Group is testing a subscription service for baby clothes

Concept Group, a member of AFK Sistema, is trying a new format of service for the sale of clothing and launches a subscription service for children's clothing brand Acoola. Acoola Box will become the analogue of NetFlix in the fashion world and will simplify the process of buying children's clothes for parents.

In order to find the things that the child needs, buyers are invited to take a test of 8 questions on the acoolabox.ru website, indicating the age, size and preferences of the child and arrange delivery. Professional stylists and smart algorithms will select 6 items based on the data received, and a personalized box with clothes and accessories of the Acoola brand will be delivered to the buyer within 3-5 days. The cost of a box of 6 items is fixed - 4990 rubles, and delivery is free.

The new service is working in test mode in Moscow and St. Petersburg, this year it is planned to launch it all over Russia. The Concept Group team plans to launch a mobile application with gemification elements and edu-tech mechanics, digital fitting and recommendation services based on AI and ML, and is also going to release limited boxes in collaboration with influencers and designers, integrating partner brands and increasing the value of each box. for the consumer.

“This service is the first step in the implementation of the company's digital transformation strategy. I am proud of the young, creative and talented team that launched the service in just 2 weeks and gave impetus to the transformation of a traditional retailer into a modern innovative technology company, ”says Anna Grigorenko, CEO of Concept Group.

The Concept Group portfolio is represented by the brands Acoola (children's clothing and accessories), Concept Club (women's clothing and accessories), and Infinity Lingerie (women's lingerie). The retail network has over 200 stores.
