Crocs hired eSolutions to improve the operation of the Russian online store. ESolutions, an Otto Group company operating in the B2B market for e-commerce services, has become a partner in the full operational support of the Russian online store of the Crocs shoe brand.
Earlier, the Crocs online store was operated by its own resources.
Orders placed in the Crocs.ru online store are delivered throughout Russia.
Depending on the region, you can choose any of the available methods - by mail, courier or post office. Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order using the delivery calculator.
All payment methods are available: cash upon receipt of an order on a courier or courier, payment by bank cards and electronic money through PayU system, Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for payment, electronic money using WebMoney, QIWI, AlfaClick, Money@mail.ru tools.
All data entered on the payment form of the PayU processing center is fully protected in accordance with the requirements of the PCI DSS security standard.

The peculiarity was that in our standard scheme of working with a client for each unique product with its color and size characteristics, one unique barcode is used when accepting the goods.
The specificity of Crocs is such that one unique product can have several unique barcodes. This is due to the fact that there are a lot of unisex items in the brand’s collections, and in each country there may be different understandings of this category. The same model can come to the warehouse, but with different barcodes.
Thus, we had to change our standard scheme of work, and introduce another additional unique identifier for the correct recognition of goods in exchanges. Thanks to the coordinated work of the entire team, we were able to very quickly identify a new working scheme, test it and begin to successfully use it in live operation. ”
At the request of Crocs, IT integration was made as soon as possible with the largest private logistics operator with its own branch network in the Russian Federation - SPSR Express.
Thanks to the collaboration between eSolutions and SPSR Express, customers will be able to pay Crocs with a credit card to the courier upon receipt of SPSR Express throughout the territory of their presence, as well as in the company's client rooms. These are over 6 000 service cities.
