Detsky Mir plans to pay dividends for 2016 in the amount of 2,6 billion rubles

The Board of Directors of Detsky Mir PJSC (hereinafter referred to as Detsky Mir, Company) (MOEX: DSKY), the largest operator of children's goods in Russia, recommended to the General Meeting of Shareholders to decide on the payment of dividends for the 2016 year.

The declared dividends amounted to 2 rubles or 571 rubles. per one ordinary share of PJSC Detsky Mir.

The total amount of dividends paid to shareholders of PJSC Detsky Mir in 2016 amounted to 4 rubles, including 426 rubles or 610 rubles. per one ordinary share based on the results for 000, and 1 rubles or 308 rubles. per ordinary share based on 030 months results Feb 000

“We are pleased that our efforts to develop and improve the business efficiency of the company allow us to provide our shareholders with a high level of dividend payments. As of December 31, 2016, the Detsky Mir chain of stores is represented by 480 stores in Russia and Kazakhstan, located in 171 cities of Russia and 7 cities of Kazakhstan, the ELC chain is represented by 45 stores in Russia. The total sales area of ​​the group's stores is 596 thousand sq. M.

According to the audited IFRS data, for 2016 the group's revenue amounted to 79,5 billion rubles, adjusted EBITDA amounted to 8,2 billion rubles, and adjusted profit for the year amounted to 3,8 billion rubles.

Company shareholders: Sistema JSFC - 52,10%; Russian-Chinese Investment Fund (RCIF) - 14,03%; other shareholders holding less than 5% of the shares - 33,87%.
