"Children's World" expands the scope of the campaign to collect unwanted clothes and shoes

The Detsky Mir chain of goods for children has expanded the geography of stores participating in the eco-campaign New Life of Unwanted Clothes and Shoes with Benefits for You to 112 retail outlets in Moscow and the region. The campaign for the acceptance of clothes and shoes for recycling was first launched by the retailer in March 2020. 

At the time of launch, 24 stores of the network took part in the campaign. Today, you can hand over used clothes and shoes for further processing and get a 15% discount on the purchase of new items already at 112 points of the distribution network. 

To take part in the promotion, you must first prepare things (they must be clean, dry, packed in a bag). A list of participating stores can be found on the retailer's website. 15% discount is valid for the purchase of one item in the check from the category "Clothes and Shoes". 

The clothing recycling project is being implemented jointly with the Dmitrovsky RTI Plant, one of the largest licensed processing plants in Russia, equipped with modern equipment and a developed infrastructure for the collection, transportation and disposal of various types of waste. During the implementation of the project, more than 6,7 tons of waste from shoe and textile production have been processed.
