Director of GK Obuv Rossii became the best young entrepreneur in Siberia

The director of the Obuv Rossii group of companies became a laureate of the Best Young Entrepreneur-2011 award.

On November 16 in Novosibirsk, the regional stage of the “Best Young Entrepreneur-2011” award was held.

The laureates were representatives of various sectors of the region’s economy. The expert council of the award was headed by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Enterprise Development Sergey Semka.

Anton Titov, director of GC Obuv Rossii, became a laureate in the nomination “Production of Consumer Goods”.

Among the winners were Dmitry Stakanovsky (SD-Group), Evgeny Mitelev (Vneshtrans-Group), Marina Gulyaeva (INTALEV-Siberia), Elena Podoprigora (Congress Hall Siberia).

Winners will represent the region already at the All-Russian competition.

The Obuv Rossii group of companies is a federal footwear retail company, one of the ten largest footwear retailers in Russia. It develops two chains - Westfalica (monobrand, mid-price segment) and Pedestrian (economy chain), as well as the brand of inexpensive youth footwear Emilia Estra. Today more than 150 stores of the company operate in 50 cities throughout Russia. Net proceeds of Obuv Rossii in 2010 amounted to 1,6 billion rubles. The credit rating of Expert RA is B ++. Obuv Rossii won the Company of the Year 2010 award (organized by RBC) in the nomination For Contribution to the Development of the Retail Market.
