Experts of the Magazin Magazinov company note that currently there is an active lease of such projects as Vegas-Kuntsevo, Aviapark, Columbus, Mozaika, Butovo Mall, the second stage of Metropolis, etc.

The increased demand for retail space from retailers against the background of lagging growth in new supply keeps the average level of vacant space in shopping centers in Moscow at a record low mark of 2,5%.

Nevertheless, the commercial lease terms in the segment of existing Moscow facilities have not changed significantly compared to the previous quarter.
