In the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the Crimea, Meganom, the first Centro shoe store and a women's clothing, footwear and accessories boutique Kira Plastinina were opened on the peninsula. The exclusive broker of the project was UTG.

The shopping and entertainment complex Meganom is being built in Simferopol on a plot of 6,8 ha. The total area of the mall will be 55 000 sq. m. Total leased area of the object (GLA): about 40 000 sq. m., arendator.ru writes.
