JJ Hadid has developed several pairs of shoes for Stuart Weitzman

American top model GJ Hadid presented the results of a collaboration with the luxury shoe brand Stuart Weitzman. As the face of the autumn campaign of Stuart Weitzman in the 2017 year, she created two exclusive styles for the mule mules Eyelove and Eyelovemore, Footwearnews writes.

For the first time, Hadid collaborated with Stuart Weitzman's new creative director, Giovanni Morelli.

“Evil Eye” - a talisman is a powerful symbol that protects those who wear it from negative energy. This symbol gives emotional comfort, it looks beautiful and fascinates, ”Hadid commented on the presence of an ornament on shoes in the form of an eye, a symbol that is found in the culture of eastern countries (Turkey, Morocco, Syria, Afghanistan) and is considered a talisman.

Mules called Eyelove are presented in suede in nude color and indigo. The eye ornament in this pair is present only on the right mule.

Whereas Eyelovemore presented in matt suede is decorated with a large number of such symbols.

Both pairs inside have a sheepleather hem; retail mules are priced at $ 498 and $ 598. Models will be sold on the Stuart Weitzman website and in the brand’s stores, on the multi-brand platforms Moda Operandi and Lane Crawford. And the Stuart Weitzman boutique located in New York's Soho will temporarily turn into a pop-up store by Mule GJ.
