Ecco in Russia optimized assortment planning

NVision Group specialists have automated the process of assortment planning at EKKO-ROS, the exclusive distributor of shoes and accessories.

Ecco has more than 300 retail outlets in all federal districts of Russia and several dozen in the CIS countries. The system for planning and controlling the execution of assortment orders, built by the joint efforts of NVision Group and EKKO-ROS specialists, will increase the efficiency of the back-office unit responsible for filling stores and updating the model range. With its help, managers can plan purchases and schedule delivery of products, taking into account various demand parameters - from size to regional preferences.
