Econika increased sales by 16%

According to the results of 2011, the turnover of the Econika shoe network totals about $ 130 million. Last year, sales of shoes in pairs amounted to about 16% compared to the same period in 2010. Revenue increased by 21%, while the average price of shoes and bags increased amounted to not more than 4%.

During 2011, the company opened 21 shoe stores. New outlets began to work both in Moscow and in the regions. As a result, taking into account several planned closures, which mainly occurred at the stores of franchised partners, as of December 31, 2011 the network included 142 stores. Of these, 108 are directly controlled by the company and 34 operate under a franchising scheme. At the end of the year, Econika was represented in 49 regions of Russia (its own facilities were opened in 21, franchised partners' salons in 28).

In 2011, the network’s loyal customer base increased by 20% in direct management regions and by 73% among franchisees, totaling more than 670 people. At the same time, the share of purchases on discount cards of the network of the total number of purchases amounted to 000%, retailer.ru reports.

The Econika shoe shoe chain, part of Novard Group, has been on the market since 1992. As of March 2, 2012, the network includes 144 stores (two stores were opened in Khabarovsk and Barnaul since the beginning of the year). Starting from the spring-summer season of 2011, the network presents exclusively a women's assortment of shoes and accessories of branded brands: Alla Pugachova, RiaRosa and De'Marche. The collections are sewn at the factories in Italy, Brazil, China, Spain, Germany and India under the control of Russian and foreign managers and technologists of the network.
