The creative director of the Roger Vivier House, Bruno Frizoni, could not stay away from universal creative hysteria in honor of the diamond anniversary of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
Together with The East Indian Company, he created an exclusive pair of shoes called Queen Forever, which is encrusted with real diamonds.
Exactly 60 years ago, the Roger Vivier House created its first royal shoes from golden leather, the heel and toe of which were decorated with rubies, and the decorative pattern on the shoes itself repeated the heraldic line on the crown of Edward and the imperial crown of the state. It was they who were then put on by the still young Elizabeth II on the occasion of her coronation.
And after six decades, Roger Vivier introduced the second pair of royal shoes, which are considered a real work of jewelry. Made of black satin and decorated with a pattern depicting heraldic lilies from 4 thousand diamonds, they will be presented at the Brilliant Exhibition in London from June 28 to July 4, writes elle.ru.
