On September 20-21, the World Trade Center, Moscow, will host the II annual eRetailForum 2012. The main topic of the upcoming event is methods of competition in the e-commerce market.
According to the organizers, the peculiarity of eRetailForum 2012 is focus on business cases and exchange of experience. The main topic of the upcoming forum is the growing competition in the e-commerce market. “New projects quite often began to appear on the market, both online stores and various services that allow you to launch an online store and organize a high level of service in it,” says Timofey Gorshkov, CEO of InSales.ru, organizer forum. In addition, large retailers are now launching massively online projects. In 2011, the turnover of the e-commerce market grew by 39% compared to 2010 and amounted to 244,6 billion rubles. “According to our estimates, in 2012 the e-commerce market will grow by 35-40%, and with it the competition between companies,” says Timofey Gorshkov.
Within the framework of eRetailForum 2012, four formats of events are planned: two conference streams on the topics “Organization of business processes” and “Internet marketing”, master classes, open discussions and an exhibition of participating companies. Such companies as Boutique, Lamoda, gotti.ru, Ostin, TrandsBrands.ru, Biglion, OTTO Group and others have already confirmed their participation.
