eTraction and Ralf Ringer partnered

ETraction has become a service partner for the Ralf Ringer online store.

Since April 2015, eTraction has been providing Ralf Ringer with services in warehousing, processing, storage and sorting of goods, packaging and sending orders, a full cycle of work with returns, and integration of contact center and delivery company services has been implemented.

eTraction will use the production facilities of its parent company, Otto Group Russia, for Ralf Ringer.

“We are focused on providing services for companies in the fashion segment, operating processes are tuned for a specific type of goods, taking into account strong seasonal dynamics, where we must be ready for 2-3 times growth in a very short period of time. Some clients show 10-fold growth after launch, and our resources can cope with any peaks, ”comments Maya Uskova, business development manager eTraction.

“The main goal of the updated online store Ralf Ringer is to provide customers with the maximum choice from the wide assortment of footwear produced (all seasons), since we do not do this in full in most of the partner network and in some stores of our own branded retail. Having started to cooperate with eTraction, we also increased the geography of sales and provided an opportunity to purchase our shoes anywhere in Russia, ”says Yuri Fomin, head of the Ralf Ringer online store.

With the support of eTraction, delivery from the Ralf Ringer online store is carried out by DHL and DPD courier companies, Russian Post, as well as Logibox Post Office.

Ralf Ringer is the largest footwear manufacturer and retailer in Russia. Since the company was founded in 1996, production has grown 45 times: from 30 thousand pairs in the 1996 season to 1 million 450 thousand pairs in 2014. The distribution network includes more than 1500 retail outlets, including more than 130 stores of its own branded retail. Ralf Ringer shoes for men and women are produced at 3 own factories (in Moscow, Vladimir and Zaraysk). The production facilities are equipped with the most modern technological equipment.

The eTraction project (a member of the Otto Group) entered the e-commerce market in November 2012. eTraction provides comprehensive services for the creation, management and development of online stores of fashionable clothes, shoes and accessories in Russia for brand owners, manufacturers and distributors. In 2014, eTraction turnover reached 3 billion rubles.
