On September 29, at the Yegoryevsk-Obuv factory, a meeting of the owners of Kotofey brand stores was held. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Kotofey brand network from all over Russia, including customers of Mila - Wholesale Shoes company.
At the event, entrepreneurs discussed the interaction of shops with the factory and the terms of the license agreement. The factory management announced that it plans to develop exclusive collections of children's shoes specifically for the company’s network and voiced new requirements that the company’s store should have at least 90% of Kotofey products on the shelves and an area of 100 square. m
In addition, the manufacturer plans to install a special program based on 1С in branded outlets to monitor sales dynamics. The issues of developing a unified discount system and workwear for store employees were also considered.
“Such meetings are needed because they allow us not only to see the production, but also to communicate with the technologists, developers and the managerial staff of the factory,” said Larisa Maltseva, manager of the Kapitoshka store.
At the next meeting, which will be held on November 22, Yegoryevsk-Obuv will hold a seminar for sellers of Kotofey brand stores, where merchandising will be discussed.
