The luxury marketplace Farfetch has acquired the New Guard Group, which operates the brands Off-White, Palm Angels, Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, Heron Preston and others.
The deal amounted to $ 675 million. Co-founder of New Guards Group David De Giglio will remain at the head of the company.
Off White, founded by the New Guards Group in 2015, is currently one of the ten most popular brands of the Farfetch platform.
