The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia granted the petition of US citizen Anatoly Gurevich to acquire the rights to determine the conditions for the entrepreneurial activity of CenterO LLC and CenterObuv Trading House CJSC by acquiring 100% of the voting shares of Falcon Productions Ltd. As stated in the materials of the antimonopoly department, the main activity of TsentrO is the retail trade in footwear, the main activity of the TsentrObuv Trading House is wholesale of clothing, including underwear, and footwear.
As previously reported, the CenterObuv network has seven co-owners, the largest of which are A. Gurevich and one of the founders of the Kopeyka network, Sergey Lomakin.
The TsentrObuv chain of stores was created in 1996 on the basis of the merger of a number of Moscow stores and on the initiative of the shoe wholesale company of the same name.
