Fendi will take responsibility for development in Russia

Luxury brand Fendi decided to develop on the Russian market independently. The company registered the Russian subsidiary LLC Fendi Ru on October 13 of this year. 99,9% of this company is owned by the Paris Fendi International and 0,1% of the Luxembourg Fendi.

Today Fendi is developing in the country through partners. So, since 2008 the brand has been collaborating with Daniel Group. The company operates a mono-brand Fendi boutique in Stoleshnikov Lane in Moscow, and also supplies the brand's products to TSUM.

In St. Petersburg, Fendi has another partner - Babochka, which has been running the brand's boutique on Nevsky Prospekt since 2012.

The retailer Fendi produces clothes, shoes, bags, optics, watches under the same brand. Currently, the controlling shareholder of the company is the LVMH group.
