However, they continued to pay rent. Brands finally began to leave their leased space in 2023, often paying fines for early termination of contracts.
Thus, Burberry will pay 261,7 million rubles to landlords for three stores closed ahead of schedule, says a report from the Russian representative office of the brand.
According to the development company Ricci Retail, the average rental rate in GUM and TSUM is about 10-14 thousand rubles. for 1 sq. m per month depending on the location of the premises.
