Ferragamo Enlists Farfetch's Support to Attract Younger Audiences

Italian luxury brand Salvatore Ferragamo is looking to engage with young Millennial and Gen Z consumers by working more closely with online luxury marketplace Farfetch and expanding its digital capabilities.

“Farfetch is the leading digital platform in the luxury market and represents the ideal partner to further drive Ferragamo’s multi-channel innovation, fueling our plans to reach new, younger audiences and accelerate our growth,” said Salvatore Ferragamo CEO Marco Gobbetti.

Ferragamo plans to use Farfetch Platform Solutions to strengthen its digital and omnichannel strategy while increasing its presence in the online retail market. In addition, Ferragamo will use Farfetch's media solutions to create new online shopping experiences for a younger audience of consumers whose potential has yet to be fully realized.
