Furla begins a new bright stage

Furla is preparing to implement a new large-scale development strategy both commercially and creatively. The Italian brand of luxury shoes and accessories has seen significant growth over the past four years: its turnover has grown from 157 million euros in 2010 to 228 in 2013, which is + 54%. In the 2015 year, Furla expands its assortment and will for the first time present its men's shoe collection at the January Pitti exhibition in Florence. Also, the women's shoe line will be expanded, and in addition, starting from the fall-winter season, 2015 will be produced at 100% in Italy. This will be possible thanks to the recently completed purchase of a production hall in Tuscany, which will exclusively manufacture Furla products.

As for the development of the retail network, the opening of the Furla flagship store in New York, on Fifth Avenue, as well as the strengthening in Europe due to the opening of stores in Vienna and Madrid and the expansion of the flagship on the Duomo Square in Milan, are planned for 2015.

A new stage in the development of the company will be marked by a collaboration with renowned photographer Mario Testino as the brand's creative partner. “This is a very exciting and positive period for the brand,” said Eraldo Poletto, CEO of Furla. - We are proud to start a partnership with such a great artist as Mario Testino. Working with him will take Furla to a new level of global development. "
