Gazprombank repays Centro's debts through court

Gazprombank recovered 4,6 billion rubles in court. from the companies "Fullainvest", "Nikty" and "Irma", which acted as guarantors for loans to the retail network "Tsentrobuv", - writes "Kommersant".

Until 2016, these companies were subsidiaries of LLC "Tsentro" (importer of goods for the "Tsentrobuv" chain), then control over legal entities passed to unknown people. In addition to Gazprombank, Sberbank, Credit Bank of Moscow and Cypriot Baledge Ltd. also apply for Centro's assets. Their aggregate amount of claims is 7,7 billion rubles.

As follows from the materials of the court, in September 2013, "Centro" took out a loan from Gazprombank with a limit of 8,6 billion rubles. for current activities and refinancing loans to other banks. But since February 2016, the company has stopped servicing debts, and in December the court declared it bankrupt. At the time of Centro's bankruptcy, the amount of creditors' claims was 19,2 billion rubles. The largest of them was Gazprombank (the debt to it was 8,8 billion rubles), and the Moscow Credit Bank (more than 1 billion rubles), Sberbank (2,2 billion rubles) and the Cyprus offshore Baledge Ltd (4,5 billion rubles). It was not possible to find out the name of the beneficiary of the last "Kommersant": according to the SPARK-Interfax database, the offshore does not participate in the authorized capital of Russian legal entities.

Last year, according to a statement from Gazprombank, the Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case under article “Fraud” in relation to one of the shareholders of Centrobuvi Sergey Lomakin: the investigation accused him of withdrawing funds from the company. According to other shareholders, released in the media last year, a conflict between the owners led to bankruptcy.

Now the bankruptcy trustee of "Tsentro" Dmitry Lebedev asks the court to challenge a number of transactions of the company concluded with "Fullainvest", "Nikta" and "Irma" in mid-2014. According to the Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information, "Tsentro" transferred goods to these legal entities worth 4,3 billion rubles. and for the same amount acquired 19,4% of the authorized capital in each LLC. Now the amount of transactions of "Centro" with other counterparties - Sberbank, "Global-Trans", "Kuehne + Nagel", which is also required to be declared invalid by the receiver, does not exceed 260 million rubles. In addition, Mr. Lebedev demands the court to bring to justice the ex-general director of "Centro" Lev Petrov and to recover 257,7 million rubles from him.
