The CEO of shoe retailer Zenden, Alexander Sarychev, has left the company and refused to take a share in the Zenden business, writes Shopper's, citing the words of the manager himself.
Since February 18, Sarychev has ceased to be a co-owner of OOO Sezonnaya Kollektsiya, in which he owned 3%; his share was received by the founder of the chain, Andrey Pavlov (recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent), according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Now Andrey Pavlov owns 99% of the company, 1% belongs to Pavel Chaltsev. Sarychev was also a co-owner of another Zenden legal entity, OOO Dom Odezhdy, he also transferred 3% to Pavlov, whose share also reached 99%, 1% belongs to Chaltsev.
Alexander Sarychev did not explain the reason for leaving the company, but noted that he remains on good terms with Zenden employees and shareholders and continues to provide consulting services to the company.
Alexander Sarychev has worked at Zenden since 2002, he joined the company as the head of wholesale sales, and in 2012 he was appointed head of the Zenden retail network.
