Detsky Mir Group may become a non-public company

The Board of Directors of Detsky Mir Group intends to consider the issue of reorganizing the group from a public company to a private company (from PJSC to LLC). The procedure for transforming the company involves the sale of PJSC shares for shareholders who have not transferred to the LLC, - retail.ru reports.

As a result of the announced procedure, PJSC Detsky Mir may be liquidated, subject to obtaining all necessary corporate approvals. LLC Detsky Mir will continue to retail children's food and non-food products and will be able to concentrate on the development of the current retail network, as well as manage the business efficiently and flexibly.
