Detsky Mir Group opened the first store in Taraz in the Mart shopping center. The sales area of the store is about 1000 sq. m. In total, the Detsky Mir retail chain in Kazakhstan has an 31 supermarket.
Network stores are represented in 16 cities of Kazakhstan: Aktau, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Zhanaozen, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Nur-Sutlan, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Uralsk, Shymkent.
The Detsky Mir Group of Companies comprises the national retail chain Detsky Mir, the ELC (in Russia) and ABC chains, and the Zoozavr pet products chain. As of March 31, 2019, the Detsky Mir chain consisted of 674 stores located in 254 cities across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus. The ELC retail chain in Russia consists of 56 stores, and the ABC chain consists of 12 stores. The Zoozavr pet products chain consists of six stores. The total selling space of the Group's stores is 769 sq. m.
