As a result, on May 30, sales of an online store grew five-fold compared to ordinary days. According to the company, toys and goods for newborns, in particular, diapers, were most popular - by the evening almost all goods with discounts were sold out.
“Compared to the last Cyber Monday in January 2016, the increase in goods turnover in the Detsky Mir online store amounted to 14%, the number of orders increased by 24%, traffic increased by 16%,” said the head of the Department for External and Internal Communications of the Civil Code "Children's World" Nadezhda Kiseleva.
High sales figures were also demonstrated by the online store of the ELC retail chain ( www.elc-russia.ru ), which offers toys for the early development of children.
“The revenue grew 66 times, the number of visitors increased 7 times. Compared to the previous promotion in January, the revenue increased by 186%, the number of visitors - by 34,74%. Kits for the development of children, puzzles were in the highest demand. About 100 articles took part in the action. The discount was 50% ”, - Alexander Roganov, General Director of ELC in Russia, commented on the results of the action.
