Detsky Mir Group launches its own marketplace

After a year of launching a pilot version of the marketplace for the Clothes and Shoes category, Detsky Mir Group announces the launch of a full-scale version of its own marketplace, adding such product categories as toys and games, baby products and pet supplies. A personal account has been created for suppliers on the online platform, which allows you to manage the range and prices of goods.

In the medium term, the range of the Internet site should increase to 2,4 million items. The company has already started long-term cooperation with local and foreign brands, including Acoola, Gulliver, Kapika, Kerry, Kotofey.

Detsky Mir offers suppliers a competitive flat commission rate and allows them to use the existing logistics infrastructure. On the marketplace, it is planned to introduce such services for suppliers as a promotional activity management system, financial reporting and operational analytics.

Marketplace customers will be able to purchase goods online and receive them by self-pickup or by courier delivery, which will be free with an order amount of 1900 rubles or more. The Detsky Mir loyalty program is integrated into the marketplace service.

Suppliers who are interested in placing their goods on the Detsky Mir marketplace must register using the link: https://partner.detmir.market/, fill out a counterparty card and a questionnaire with the necessary information.

“The breadth of the assortment is an important competitive advantage of any online store, therefore the full-scale launch of the marketplace is one of the key directions in our strategy. We see the use of the existing logistics and retail infrastructure, as well as low marketing and operating costs as an opportunity to implement a project more efficiently than competitors. In the first step, we will focus on all baby categories and pet supplies. In the future, we plan to test related categories, going beyond the children's range, but taking into account the focus of the brand, ”said Maria Davydova, General Director of Detsky Mir Group.

Group of companies "Detsky Mir" unites the federal retail network of stores "Detsky Mir", the network of stores "PVZ Detmir", as well as the chain of goods for animals "Zoozavr".
