“The presence of fake franchises on the market, where a lot of entrepreneurs were burned, an increasing number of weak franchisors, a low level of awareness among entrepreneurs about the criteria for quality franchises and signs of counterfeiting - all this was the reason for our decision to create our own professional rating of the most steadily developing franchising companies”, - says Ekaterina Soyak, CEO of EMTG, member of the RAF Board of Directors.
The rating includes only those companies that agreed to open their data. The rating is created using the modern methodology for the formation of scoring. The main groups of factors that will be analyzed during the scoring process include: the size of the business and its revenue, market share and regional coverage, factors characterizing the financial stability and profitability of the business, factors determining the quality of the services provided and customer satisfaction, the company's image .
Such a comprehensive and comprehensive assessment of the activities of franchising companies has not been conducted in Russia before. Only the rating of the American magazine Entrepreneur, which forms its rating on the basis of information that franchisors necessarily transmit to government agencies, can serve as an analogue.
“We analyze not only the size of the business, its revenue, market share and regional coverage, but also financial stability, customer satisfaction, and the company's image. The degree of transparency of the company and its network is important to us. After all, the more transparent the company is, the safer and more long-term cooperation with it will be for the franchisee, "comments Ekaterina Soyak.
The results of the rating will be announced during the VIII solemn ceremony of the GOLDEN BRAND National Franchise Award. Companies that will take the first and second lines of the rating will become laureates in the nominations "Gold Franchise" and "Franchiser of the Year", respectively.
